Christian Glass & Mirror Inc was established in 2014 by the President of the Company, Gary Reaves, and wife, Maggie Reaves.

Gary is well experienced in the industry. He has been in the glazing field since 1999. He comes from a family that has been glazing since the 1970’s. Gary’s family performed the original glazing on projects such as: Bush intercontinental Airport and Williams Tower. Gary has worked at and managed other glass companies prior to opening Christian Glass in 2014. He started at 15 years old working summers with his father. By the time he was 18 years old, and fresh out of high school, he was a field superintendent responsible for measuring, fabricating, and installing all types of glazing systems. He installed everything from large curtain walls and storefronts, to herculite doors and glass handrails. Gary has first-hand experience in the field and started out as a helper that worked his way up the ladder. He was promoted to a project manager position in 2006. He then went on to manage a commercial glass company in 2011 in which he remained until he and his wife opened Christian Glass in 2014.

Maggie completed high school and attended college to study business. She went on to work for the Tax Assessors office for 7 years. She was then certified in the tax assessing field. After leaving the assessors office, she worked for a Steel Erection Construction company for 4 years doing accounting. Lastly, she worked at Champion Energy Services until the opening of Christian Glass & Mirror Inc. Working in these fields for 14 years prior to opening the business, gave Maggie her experience in the office and in accounting.
